Condition of use

They are allowed to open an account and access to Jollybet services only adult users who have reached the age of eighteen. It is the Player's responsibility to obey the laws which apply to him or her status before registering on the Application. Anyway, if a player is found to be underage, Jollybet will immediately suspend his/her account and will take whatever action is deemed to be appropriate.
The Player agrees to register his/her new gaming account with Jollybet. The Player must keep the gaming account information secret and confidential as the Player is responsible for all bets/wagers placed on the account and any other activity taking place. Moreover. The Player should make every effort to prevent the use of his personal account by any third party.


Creation of gaming account

Players may open only one account. The Player is aware that by using the Application could lose sums of money, then Jollybet does not assume the responsibility for any loss of money or other pecuniary loss resulting from the Player's actions in the game. The game account must be registered with valid data and should be used only by the holder of the account. For security purposes, the Player is asked to copy the captcha code.


Personal Data Management

Logging in into the gaming account, the Player can manage his/her personal details. All the operations which imply the editing of information entered while registering into the Jollybet website are traced and reported to the Player via email.

  • Email address

    The email address entered by the Player at the creation of the gaming account can be changed lately. Indeed, from the Personal Information page, entering the PIN code, the new email address and its confirmation, the email address will be updated. In order to prevent the seizure of the account from third party, a notification of the email address replacement will be sent to the previous email address.

  • Password

    At the act of the registration, the Player will be asked to enter the password. The Player will receive it at the email address entered into the registration form. Furthermore, the email will include also the PIN code and the Personal Response to the Secret Question. Jollybet advises to change the password frequently.

    The Password can be changed when logged in into the gaming account. Entering the old password, the new one and its confirmation, the Player has changed the password and will receive an email as confirmation of the operation.

    If the Player cannot remember the password, can click on \"Forgot Password\" link from the homepage. The Player will be asked to enter the username, the email address registered to the account and the captcha code (for security purposes). The Application will send an email with the password forgotten, exhorting the user to change it as soon as possible.

    In case, during the Password retrieval process, the data entered are wrong, the Player receives an email of notification where are specified the wrong data and the IP address used during that session.

  • PIN code

    At the act of the registration, the Player will be asked to enter the PIN code. The PIN code is an alphanumeric code which protects the editing of financial data, the latter ones are used to receive the withdrawals of gaming credits. The Player will receive the PIN code at the email address entered into the registration form, the email will include also the Password and the Personal Response to the Secret Question.

    Furthermore, the PIN code will be required when editing the email from the Personal Information page.

    The \"Forgot PIN code\" Process asks the Player to insert his/her password and answer to the Secret Question entered during the registration. The System will send an email to the Player with the PIN code recovered, exhorting him/her to change it as soon as possible.

  • Secret Question/ Personal Response

    The Player has also the chance to change his/her Secret Question from the Personal Information page. The Player will be asked to enter the following data: Previous personal response, new personal response and its confirmation. The Player will receive a notification via email.

  • Financial Data

    The financial data, used by Jollybet Staff to send withdrawals to the Player, can be edited from the Personal Information page. To confirm the operation, the Player will be asked to enter the PIN code and he/she will receive a notification via email.


Local Law

The online game might be prohibited by the law in force in the place where the transaction occurs, in this case Jollybet invites the Player not to carry out gaming transactions. Jollybet assumes no responsibility for any violations of local or national laws perpetrated by the Player. It is sole responsibility of the Player to answer, at the relevant tax authorities, for the winnings collected on the gaming portal.


Gaming account management

All withdrawals from the account will be subjected to audit before being processed. If the verification process will reveal a violation of the terms and conditions by the client, Jollybet.


Software and Technology Issues

Updates

Complaints and Disputes
